This plan is for sole traders who don't need invoicing or GST, and want someone to do their basic book-keeping. 

You have read-only access and we will look after your bank reconciliations, and send you a monthly email advising you of your income, outgoings and how much you should have set aside for end-of-year tax.

Price is based on 1 hour + Xero Ledger plan plus GST.

You have access to reconcile your bank account, we can also reconcile for you and we will send you a monthly email advising you of your income, outgoings and how much you should have set aside for end-of-year tax.

This plan suits sole traders and small businesses who want to maintain their own books after initial set-up and training, with monthly support to check they're on the right track. 

It provides one hour a month of online maintenance, and we're available for online or phone support.

$120 per month + GST

This plan suits sole traders and small businesses who need a little more help to maintain their books.

It provides two hours a month of online maintenance, including reconciling, invoicing and bill payments, and we're also available for online or phone support

$240 per month + GST

This plan suits small businesses and sole traders such as Tradies, Tech Help, Massage Therapists, Beauty Therapists etc.

It provides four hours a month of online maintenance including reconciling, invoicing, bill payments and inventory, freeing up a lot more time to focus on your actual job.
